Born in Munich, graduated in sociology from the LMU Munich.

Since starting her career in a global HR consultancy and seven years as Head of Research, Eva Brückner has been involved in filling senior and middle management positions for over 15 years with a clear focus on the automotive, security and defence and aerospace sectors. As a partner, she is responsible for the Automotive, Defence and Space Competence Centre at Heinrich & Coll.

Another focus is advising companies on diversity, including the development of talent pools of female executives and ethnic heterogeneity in largely homogeneous industries and functional areas.
